The Monticello Citizen’s Association board is a group of dedicated volunteer homeowners who strive to support a safe and enjoyable neighborhood environment for all Monticello residents. The board is composed of a diverse group of homeowners all working to upkeep and encourage a neighborhood homeowners can be proud of.
